The Workout

Agility cardio Jumping Jacks – 1 minute High Knees – 1 minute Butt Kicks – 1 minute Arm Circles (forward and backward) – 1 minute Bodyweight Squats – 1 minute Burpees Mountain Climbers Skater Jumps Jump Squats Plank Jacks Lateral Lunges High Knees Russian Twists Jump Lunges Plank to Push-Up
