Core Workout

Brain gains through core exercises:

  • Strengthen the muscles that support your spine, improve balance, and enhance overall stability

  • Promote better posture

  • Reduce the risk of injury

    Taking your time with controlled movements ensures proper form and maximizes muscle engagement. Focused breathing during core workouts helps maintain endurance and keeps your movements steady, building both strength and mental focus.

The Workout

Core Exercise Do this workout 2-3 times each week. You can do this in addition to other workouts (upper body, lower body, cardio) or as a stand-alone workout.
